Anyways, let's start!

Miri -----> KL (Airasia)
- Reached KLIA

- Refreshed, had dinner at the Family Mart ( Loved the Oden!)
The Capsule Hotel (KLIA2) right next to the bus station |
They seperate the bathroom according to the gender (thank god) |
The access card for each customer (access card-only entry into the hotel) and they provide luggage storage/locker for a small fee so you can sleep in peace. |
The bed. Not bad I would say. Don't worry if you need a little bit of privacy.. each bed comes with a blind. And oh, bring a pair of earbuds if you are a light sleeper. |
There's a mirror and a mini table in the capsule room. (great news for us girls ;p) |
The hotel provides free bottled water, toothbrush n toothpaste and a towel. |
Their luggage storage room |
The oden we had for a late dinner. Something we dont have here in Sarawak (yet). |
The bathroom! It is a little bit small but it will do for a quick shower and girls, they provide hair dryer *wink wink* |
DAY 1 (KL ----> KRABI)
- Woke up early to catch the earliest flight to Krabi
- Reached Krabi and grabbed the SIM card at the airport. (Just follow the other tourists because we went to the other stall that has less tourist assuming that the price is the same but it was higher.)
- Rode a van that were just outside the Krabi airport to the Aonang Town (maybe about 30 minutes ride).
- Checked in hotel, refreshed and changed clothes for the photo time!
- Explored the Aonang town and the beach! Don't forget to try out the Pork samurai burger in their McDonald's. (not something you will find in Malaysia's MCD :(..sad )
- Grabbed dinner at one of the seaside restaurant and explored the 7-eleven for the snacks!
- Went back to hotel and rest.

- Woke up early and met up with the driver at our hotel for our Hong Island hopping.

DAY 3 (Ao nang ----> Koh Phi Phi) *Our favourite place for the whole trip*
- Checked out from our hotel in Ao Nang
- Rode a ferry to Koh Phi Phi in the morning. (about 1.5 hour perhaps, we dozed off )
- Arrived at Koh Phi Phi and got lost while looking for our hotel. There is no bus or taxi in Koh Phi Phi so we have to drag our small luggage across the Koh Phi Phi town to our hotel hahaha. There are some guys with the trolley willing to help you out with a small fees; don't worry moms n dads!
- Stayed at the Baia- Baia Resort which is located on the beach itself! (Note: I went during the low season which means less partying activity going on so I was able to enjoy the calmness of the sea BUT if you guys love yourself some party scene, I'd recommend you guys to book the hotels by the seaside as there are plenty of bars and hotels hosting parties during the high season. We missed the full moon party at the Ibiza pool party by just one day :( but oh well..)
- Checked in hotel and went for a walk around the island where we met a kind local showing us around and even took some instagram worthy pics of us!.
- Hiked to the Koh Phi Phi viewpoint around 20-25 minutes and the view is totally worth the hike.
- Stayed for the sunset at the viewpoint then decided to hike down and grabbed our dinner at the restaurant just in front of our resort. (I missed the pizza and the spaghetti so bad!!!)
- Went back to resort and sleep.

- Checked in, refreshed, had our lunch and ready to explore the town!
- Went to the Mud crab sculpture and the Wat Kaew Temple by foot (walking distance from the hotel)
- Went to the only supermarket in the Krabi Old Town.
- Had dinner, went back to hotel and rest.
Our hotel. Strategically located just in front of the Krabi Weekend Night market!
Our lunch.. I remembered how spicy it was until I had to order 2 coconut drinks to cool it down. Reminds me of Langkawi, Malaysia.. lol The Mud Crab statue symbol of the Krabi Town. Wat Kaew Temple Inside of the temple
My haul from the supermarket! Oh I crave for the instant noodles right now.
- Woke up early and find a tuk tuk to bring us to the Tiger Cave Temple.
- Climbed all of the 1,237 staircase to the top of the mountain. The staircases are slippery and kind of steep at certain areas so it would be the best if you hike with the proper gears yea.
- Reached the top and get to see the view and the big Buddha statue.
- Climbed down and back to the krabi town.
- Went to the Krabi weekend night market and grabbed our dinner.
- Went back to hotel and rest.
It was not a sweet climb. |

DAY 6 (Krabi Old Town)
- Woke up early for the 7 Island Hopping tour.
- Spent full day snorkeling, kayaking and had our meals at the beaches and on the boat (I have a severe motion sickness so that was not a great idea. Our boat had to stop in the middle of the sea and serve the dinner because of the bad rainy weather. Took two pills of Maxolon and still doesn't help much. Btw, I personally wouldn't recommend taking the 7 Island tour as they passed by 2-3 islands without stopping but that's up for u guys to decide.)
- Went back to the hotel and rest early to catch up an early flight tomorrow to KL.
The best pad thai we had throughout the entire trip. Operated by an old couple just by the pier. |
Meet my best friend, Lilian! |
Made new friends from China and Korea (sorry can't find the other group photo) |
